Development of Ultra Low-Cost Data Acquisition System (DAS) for Developing Countries

The Data Acquisition System (DAS) is an important equipment in measurement systems especially weather monitoring and also very crucial many areas such as agricultural, communication, transportation, sport industrial processes. This work proposes a system based on Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller board. has the ability to monitor, record display information of atmospheric sensor parameters connected its analogue digital pins. outputs sensors are through separate ADC for sampling. An LCD attached displays measured parameters. For analysis, data stored excel format can be copied directly from microSD card. DAS was tested examined intensive experimental work. tables plots obtained experiment standardizing sensors, it clear that there close conformity between collected by developed existing standard systems. need extra cost baud rate expensive third-party computer software interfacing download logger have been eliminated. There no internet any linking or configuration. It evident better choice terms maintenance. will helpful recording parameters.
